Most orders are delivered within 1-2 days from the purchase date, so if you live in an apartment building please leave detailed delivery instructions at checkout.
If we don’t deliver to you yet, email us to let us know you’re interested and we’ll give you a heads up when delivery becomes available in your area.
We process orders same day, so if you need to cancel an order, please make sure you contact us the within 2 hours you place the order, and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
Defective Product - Arrived Broken or in Non-Working Order
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a prompt credit or exchange. We only accept back unworn/unwashed merchandise with tags. Returns are only allowed if your request is received by SmartDeals365 within 14 calendar days from your order ship date and all returns must be received complete (with all original packaging and contents) by SmartDeals365 within 14 calendar days after the return is approved. After that or if the product and packaging are not complete, all bets are off and it's yours to keep. To request warranty information or to request a return for a defective item, Contact Us at email@example.com. We will do our best to respond to your email request in a timely manner.
Change of Mind
Generally, we are not able to approve a return for a non-defective item, and some items are not returnable in any case, due to their nature. However, there are some exceptions. Please do not open the product if you do not plan to keep the item you purchased. If you decide to return an opened product, we typically can not take it back. If an exception is made, we can't resell it as new anymore, so we unfortunately have to charge a 15% restocking fee. And we are sorry, but we also do not credit back any shipping charges paid on the original order and do not pay or reimburse for any return shipping back to us.
Who pays for return shipping?
In the unlikely event that we inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us or we will send you a prepaid shipping label, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
If you are returning a purchase for change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping. When we process your return, a fee of $3.00 will be deducted from your return credit. If you would like to ship it back yourself, we recommend using an insured, traceable method and cannot be held accountable for lost packages.
